had a fantastic long weekend at caprice resort by travel resort services. the condo was cozy and just like the photos. we loved the sunny balcony and the amazing sunsets! the location is perfect with cute restaurants nearby and the beach a short walk away. leeann at the office was super helpful and quick to respond.

Units require urgent modernization!!! Fitness center only has a treadmill, bike, and dumbbells!!! Elevator inspection certificates expired, which raises safety concerns!!! Communication issues during check-in led to a frustrating start!!!

We really appreciated having a complete kitchen with all the necessities for cooking and plenty of beach items like chairs and an umbrella to use during our stay.

The laundry situation with the coin machine was inconvenient.

Room 207 really needs a makeover. It didn’t match the online photos at all. There were burnt-out light bulbs, and I found some dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I arrived. The A/C froze up, which was annoying. But on the upside, they had beach chairs and an umbrella available, which really helped out. Just a few updates needed to make it right.

The Caprice Resort had a lot going for it. The pool was fantastic, perfect for lounging all day. We stayed in unit 206, which provided plenty of space and was quite clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, even though it could have used a few more supplies. We enjoyed the nice weather and beautiful views from our balcony. However, I wish the mattresses had more support. they felt worn out. The bathroom fixtures looked outdated, and the blinds were a bit of a disaster, we were too hesitant to mess with them. Overall, our vacation was good, despite these room issues. Honestly, the incessant noise from beach maintenance at 6:45 AM was a real detractor. The smell of diesel fuel in the mornings added to it, making it hard to relax. While I appreciate the effort in maintaining the property, the check-in process felt confusing without on-site assistance. I'd recommend Caprice to others, but improvements on the rooms and lower noise levels would make a big difference.
